Josh Lowman

Josh Lowman is an accomplished professional with over four years of experience in program management, process improvement, and business operations at South Carolina Ports Authority, where currently serves as Manager of Imports & Exports. With previous roles including Container Operations Coordinator and Operations Intern at Bulls Bay Contracting LLC, as well as leadership experience in the United States Marine Corps, Josh has demonstrated expertise in project management, effective communication with senior executives, and strategic decision-making.
