Talmadge Coker

Talmadge Coker currently serves as the Manager and Facility Security Officer at the South Carolina Ports Authority since July 2022, after a long tenure at the same organization where Coker was the Manager of Safety and MTSA Compliance from 2000 to September 2022. Coker holds an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, expected to complete in December 2023, and is a Certified Safety Manager from the National Association of Safety Professionals, obtained in 2018. Additionally, Coker has a certificate in Counseling Psychology from Moriah and pursued education at the Community College of the Air Force from 1985 to 1995 and attended McDuffie High School from 1982 to 1984.
