The Finance and Operations team at the South Central Community Action Program manages the organization's financial health and supports operational efficiency. The Fiscal Controller oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. The IDA Coordinator and Finance Specialist handles individual development accounts and financial assistance programs. The Business Administration and Operations Intern assists with administrative tasks, operational improvements, and financial tracking. Together, they ensure that SCCAP can effectively deliver its programs and services to low-income individuals and families in the community.
