Eddie Williams is the current director at the SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY. Prior to this, they worked as a CIAT Intelligence Collection Project Manager at CACI International Inc from September 2013 to September 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing, maintaining and updating collection plans based on the supported IJC Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements prioritized in support of counter terrorism, C-IED, COIN, and the Commander’s specific targets. Additionally, they prepared ISR assessment metrics of IMINT, SIGINT and HUMINT products to gauge the effectiveness of collection operations. Some key contributions during their time in this role include training CAOC personnel on project and change management, as well as instituting a new ISR allocation software program for the entire theater asset allocation with IJC team.
Eddie Williams has a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Jackson State University, and a High School Diploma from Warren Central High School. Eddie also has certification from the EC-Council in Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) v11, Lynda.com in B2B Foundations: Social Media Marketing, American Management Association in Certificate of Completion in AMA’s PMP Exam Prep Express, American Management Association in Certificate of Completion in AMA’s Comprehensive Project Management Workshop, EC-Council in Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), and the US Department of Homeland Security in National Infrastructure Protection Planning.
