South Central Task Force
William Hall has extensive experience in fire education and emergency management, serving as a senior instructor for the Homeland Security/Protective Services program at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center since 2004. In addition, William is a lead instructor and certification evaluator for fire suppression classes at Bucks County Community College and HACC. As an adjunct instructor for the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy, William contributes to the training of future fire professionals. William also plays key roles in the South Central Task Force as Planning Section Chief and Resource Unit Leader, responsible for incident analysis and resource management. William holds an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Bucks County Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Workforce Education from Penn State University.

South Central Task Force
The South Central Task Force (SCTF) is a regional preparedness organization comprised of representatives from public safety, non-governmental and private sector organizations frorn the counties of Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York. SCTF was formed in 1997 and granted authorities under the PA Counterterrorism Planning, Preparedness and Response Act 227-2002. The SCTF Mission is to assume a leadership role in delivering a comprehensive and sustainable regional "all hazards" emergency preparedness program that addresses planning, prevention, response and recovery for events in South Central PA that exceed local capabilities. Financial support for SCTF equipment, planning, training and exercise activities is provided through the U.S. DHS Homeland Security Grant Program.
