Fimreite Duane (Duey) has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, specializing in research and development, product management, and technical support. Currently, Fimreite serves as the New Product Development Manager at South Chicago Packing LLC, focusing on expanding the use of animal fats in food applications. Previous roles include Research and Development Manager at CoreFX Ingredients LLC, where Fimreite played a key role in establishing a new R&D department, and Technical Manager for Snack Seasonings at Givaudan, managing a team and providing support to over 20 customers.
