Joan Yim

Joan Yim is an accomplished professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Director of Compensation & Benefits and Operations at South China Morning Post SCMP since March 2022. Prior to this role, Joan held the position of AVP, Global Rewards at 電訊盈科 from August 2020 to November 2021 and served as the Regional Head of Reward for Asia Pacific at 牛津大學出版社 between March 2018 and August 2020. Joan Yim is an alumnus of The University of Hong Kong.
