Ronald Chan

Ronald Chan is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Chartwell Capital Limited, an independent investment firm in Hong Kong established in 2007, providing strategic investment solutions. In addition to this role, Ronald serves as a Board Member of the Financial Services Development Council, which advises on the financial services industry's growth in Hong Kong, and as a member of the HKEC Listing Committee and the Public Shareholders Group for the Securities and Futures Commission. Ronald is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Limited, Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited, and Powerlong Commercial Management Holdings Limited. Other contributions include writing columns for Bloomberg Opinion and the South China Morning Post, alongside educational roles as a member of the Board of Trustees at Worcester Academy and the School Council at Malvern College Hong Kong. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and has prior educational experience at the University of Southern California and Worcester Academy.
