John Olvera

John Olvera is the Deputy Executive Officer for Administrative & Human Resources at South Coast Air Quality Management District. Prior to this, John held positions at Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin and Ochoa & Sillas Law Firm as an associate attorney. John obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from USC Gould School of Law and also holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. John completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at the University of Southern California.
