Eric Frias

Eric Frias is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and executive roles. Currently serving as a Project Executive at South Coast Improvement Company since January 2024, Eric previously held the same title at Timberline Construction Corporation from December 2021 to January 2024. Prior to that, Eric was a Senior Project Manager at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. and Shawmut Design and Construction, where responsibilities included managing complex projects and teams. Eric's career began at Shawmut Design and Construction in various roles including Assistant Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 2006.
