Tom Quinlan, Founder of South Coast Improvement Company, has over 25 years of experience in providing exceptional construction services to clients in various industries. Prior to that, Tom was also the Founder of Quest Ventures Ltd, where Tom developed and marketed international trade shows for the construction industry. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Boston University.
