Nicole McBroom possesses extensive experience in human resources and staffing. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at South Country Health Alliance since September 2018, Nicole has previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this, a role as a Staffing Consultant was fulfilled at Express Employment Professionals from December 2014 to September 2018, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, and client relationship management. Nicole began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Advocate for Gopher Sport from March 2012 to November 2014. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Metro State University, completed between 2007 and 2014.
