Marcia Feldman

Marcia Feldman has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the AVP Home Care at South County Health since June 2017. Prior to this role, Marcia worked as the Director of Charter Care Home Health Services at Roger Williams Medical Center from July 2012 to June 2017. Marcia also held the position of Regional Director of Resident Care at Benchmark Assisted Living from December 2003 to January 2013, overseeing health, wellness, and resident care operations across multiple states and ensuring compliance in Rhode Island. Earlier in the career, Marcia served as the Director of CareLink Staffing Resources and Director of Rehab at Carelink from 2000 to 2003, where Marcia developed a supplemental staffing agency and managed a successful transition to computerized systems. Marcia holds a BA in Social Work from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a nursing degree from Beth Israel Medical Center.
