Jim Florio

Jim Florio, Jr., MBA, MHA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at South County Psychiatry, LLC, starting in October 2022. Previously, Jim was a Stay-at-Home Dad from October 2021 to October 2022 and owned Florio Stable from July 2017 to January 2022, where involvement included partnering with renowned stable racing thoroughbred horses along the East Coast. Jim's career at Lifespan Physician Group spanned from August 2020 to September 2021, holding positions as Vice President and Director of Operations and Business Development for the Adult Psychiatry and Behavioral Health service line. Prior to that, Jim dedicated over 19 years to various roles at Lifespan, including Administrative Director and Senior Financial Analyst. Other notable positions held include Chief Financial Officer at Sensei Fitness and Director of Operations at Rhode Island Hospital, combined with earlier experience as a Financial Analyst there. Jim holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Rhode Island College, a Master of Business Administration from Providence College, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Rhode Island College.
