Heather O'Sullivan MS, APRN is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical operations, strategy development, and leadership across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as President of Healthcare at Home for Mass General Brigham since 2022, Heather is responsible for the growth of the organization’s inaugural home healthcare business line. Heather also holds a trustee position at Nantucket Cottage Hospital and serves as Director at South Cove Manor Nursing Home. Previous roles include Chief Clinical Innovation Officer at Kindred at Home and Chief Clinical Officer at naviHealth. Heather's academic background includes a Master of Science from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science from the Medical University of South Carolina, supplemented by foundational education at the College of Charleston.
