Christopher Myers is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in digital transformation, database administration, and systems analysis. Currently serving as an Enterprise Digital Transformation Engineer and Banner System Administrator at the South Dakota Board of Regents since August 2018, Christopher previously spent 15 years at Millikin University in various roles, including Senior Database Administrator/Developer, Systems Analyst/Developer, and System Administrator. Christopher's extensive expertise encompasses campus database maintenance, email and collaboration systems management, user account provisioning, and system integration processes. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Millikin University and an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Parkland College.

The Board of Regents has constitutional authority to govern the system of public higher education in the state of South Dakota. The Board, supported by an executive director and staff, provides leadership and sets policies for programs and services delivered by its six public universities and two schools serving special K-12 populations.
