Heather Forney

Heather Forney has held several roles throughout their work experience. Heather began their career as Deputy Director at the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission in 1998 and served in that role until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as Director of Finance at the South Dakota Board of Regents. In 2014, they joined the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, where they held various roles, including Controller/Director of Finance, Vice President, and Vice President for Finance & Administration. Most recently, in 2019, they became the System Vice President for Finance & Administration at the South Dakota Board of Regents.
