Michelle Elkin

Michelle Elkin has over nine years of experience in software engineering and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Senior Information Technology Specialist at the South Dakota Board of Regents since March 2014. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Senior Web Developer at Black Hills State University from November 2013 to March 2014. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University, where studies were completed from 1996 to 1998, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Black Hills State University, attended from 1993 to 1995.
