Nate Wek

Nate Wek is a seasoned sports content producer currently working at South Dakota Public Broadcasting since October 2014, where responsibilities include creating online content and enhancing social media presence for sports and news. Prior experience includes serving as a producer for ESPN 99.1 and KSOO, and a spot news reporter at South Dakota Public Broadcasting. Nate has also held roles as a play-by-play broadcaster and news and sports director at KSDJ 90.7 Radio, and as the director of gameday media and color radio broadcaster for Sioux Falls Storm LLC. Additionally, Nate hosted Jackrabbit Sports Talk and a weekly sports radio talk show. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Broadcast Journalism from South Dakota State University.
