Frances Becker

Frances Becker has over 20 years of work experience in the legal and financial sectors. Frances started their career as a Vice-President & Trust Officer at Rushmore State Bank (now known as Great Western Bank) in 1995 and held this role until 2005. In 2006, they became an Attorney of Counsel at Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun, P.C. and later that same year, they joined South Dakota Trust Company as a Vice-President Trust Officer, where they currently hold the position.

Frances Becker's education history includes a range of degrees and fields of study. Frances first attended Yankton College from 1977 to 1979, where they pursued a field of study in Business Management. Frances then transferred to the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1979 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Management. Frances continued their education at The University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law from 1981 to 1984, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a specialization in Law. Subsequently, Frances enrolled at the University Of Miami-School of Law from 1984 to 1985 to pursue a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM in Taxation), focusing on income and estate taxation.
