Juliene Helbert

Juliene Helbert is a highly experienced engineering professional with a focus on civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at South Dublin County Council since August 2022, Juliene previously held roles at Fingal County Council, including Senior Executive Engineer and Executive Engineer in Water Services from May 2019 to July 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at Jacobs from January 2007 to May 2019, where Juliene worked as a Senior Principal Engineer and Principal Engineer in the Energy, Waste, and Water team. Juliene’s educational background includes an MSc in Civil Engineering obtained from Trinity College Dublin in 2006, following a BA and BAI in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering from the same institution completed in 2005.
