Julie Scott has over a decade of experience in customer resolution and administration roles, currently serving as the Customer Resolution and Insights Leader at South East Water since March 2011. In this position, Julie has recently taken on the responsibilities of acting Customer Resolution Manager and is focused on developing a Complaints Framework while also leading efforts in customer resolution with EWOV. Prior to South East Water, Julie worked as a Land Development Officer at Thiess, managing land development audits and contract compliance. Julie's earlier experience includes a role at Equestrian Life Magazine and Treehaven Equestrian Centre, where responsibilities encompassed sales, marketing, and editorial support.
