Kent Weightman

Kent Weightman has extensive experience in safety and risk management, currently serving as a Construction Auditor at South East Water since September 2013. In this role, Kent provides safety support across multiple business sectors, conducting audits, inspections, and assessments of contractor safety management systems. Prior to this, Kent was an OHS Advisor for the Department of Transport and Main Roads from October 2008 to August 2013, focusing on safety support for various infrastructure projects. Kent also has a background in coaching as a Junior Coach/Development Officer for AFL Queensland from 2002 to 2013, working with youth teams. Kent's educational background includes completing Year 12 and carpentry studies at Mildura Technical School.
