The Human Resources team at South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust focuses on recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and strategic planning for the workforce. Comprising the Director of People & Organisational Development, HR Manager, and Senior Human Resources Manager, this team ensures that the Trust’s employees are supported, compliant with regulatory standards, and aligned with the organization's overarching goal of improving health and wellbeing within the community.
