Matt Korpan

Matt Korpan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matt is currently working as the Head Grower - Research & Development at South Essex Fabricating Inc since February 2021. Prior to this, they were the owner of Great Lakes Lavender from January 2009. Matt also worked as a Senior Grower at Nature Fresh Farms from June 2019 to February 2021. Matt has also held positions at Truly Green Farms, where they served as an Operations Manager from November 2017 to April 2019, and as a Grower / Food Safety Manager from June 2013 to October 2017. Matt'searlier experience includes working in project management, manufacturing, and quality at Erie Architectural Products from May 2005 to September 2011.

Matt Korpan has studied Biology/Biological Sciences at Trent University and Redeemer University. Matt has also pursued Business at Athabasca University and Civil Engineering at Conestoga College.
