Megan Jacoby

Megan Jacoby has extensive experience in environmental management and public policy, currently serving as the Bureau Chief for Everglades and Estuaries Protection and Principal Federal Policy Analyst at the South Florida Water Management District since January 1999. As Program Manager for the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan, Megan has effectively managed large-scale projects, liaised with top-level policymakers, and facilitated crucial intergovernmental communications. Additional responsibilities have included leading advisory bodies, managing comprehensive meeting logistics, and overseeing major research projects. Educational credentials include an MBA in Environmental Management from Florida Atlantic University and a BS in Biology, Chemistry, and English from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Prior to this, experience included roles in circulation marketing and retail management.
