Bárbara Macherett

Bárbara Macherett is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Recruiting Manager at South Geeks, where Bárbara manages and coaches a team of recruiters, designs recruiting strategies, and collaborates with other managers to achieve company goals. Bárbara has also worked as a Co-founder & Partner at Salix Consulting, an Outplacement/Offboarding consultant at Momento Cero, and a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Leader at Etermax. Bárbara has a B.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Buenos Aires, and various certifications in English from the University of Cambridge.
