Julie Blodgett

Julie Blodgett has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Julie started their career at American HomePatient in 1994, where they served as the Director of Customer Service Centers for over 22 years until 2016. Julie then joined SGMC Health in 2017 and held various roles within the organization. Julie began as the Manager of Charge Master and Managed Care in 2017 and later transitioned to the Manager of Revenue Integrity and Denials. In 2018, they became the Director of Patient Access Services and then went on to serve as the Director of Medical Staff Services from 2019 to 2022. Their most recent role at SGMC Health was the Director of Medical Staff Services and Physician Recruiting from 2022 to 2023. In 2023, they became the Director of Physician Recruiting at SGMC Health.

Julie Blodgett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Valdosta State University. Julie is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the same field at Valdosta State University, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024. In addition, they have obtained certifications in LinkedIn Marketing Strategy and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals from LinkedIn in 2023.
