Catrin Mathias

Catrin Mathias is the Director of Property and Business Support at South Gloucestershire Council since November 2021. Catrin also runs Catrin Mathias Associates, established in June 2018. Catrin has held various key positions in property management and valuation in different organizations, including South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils, Somerset West and Taunton, Altus Group, CVS, DTZ, CBRE, Lambert Smith Hampton, and the Welsh Development Agency. Catrin earned a degree in Valuation Surveying from Staffordshire University in 1997.
