Andrew Kaye currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at South Hampshire College Group, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Andrew was an Ofsted Inspector from October 2016 to December 2023, and prior to that, held the roles of Principal and CEO and Deputy Principal at Fareham College from June 2015 to August 2023. Andrew's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from the University of Portsmouth and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Greenwich. Additionally, Andrew earned an MSc in Information Systems and a BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology from the University of Portsmouth. Further executive training was completed at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
