Danielle Jiranek is a seasoned human resources and people management professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at the South Hampshire College Group since August 2023. Danielle has held significant roles in various organizations, including Executive Director of Strategy and Operational Reform at SA Ambulance Service and Executive Director of the Covid-19 Vaccination Program for the Department of Health and Wellbeing SA. Prior experience includes General Manager of People, Culture and Innovation at Beyond Bank Australia, and similar executive roles at SA Water, where oversight included HR management, organizational development, and change management. Danielle's career began as an Organizational Psychologist at Morgan and Banks and includes a background in employee assistance services and development roles within non-profit organizations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Psychology from the University of Adelaide and being a Registered Psychologist with the South Australian Psychological Board.
