Jeff Southard is the Founder and President of South Haven Development, LC as well as President of South Haven Homes. With years of experience in the real estate industry, Jeff has also served as the Principal Broker at New Home Consultants and as the Executive Vice President at Trophy Homes, LC. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Business. Throughout their career, Jeff has focused on company growth, customer satisfaction, profitability, and overseeing various aspects of residential development and sales.

South Haven Homes
South Haven Homes was founded in 2008 by Jeff Southard. South Haven has built multifamily homes and single family homes from Layton to Cedar City–along with some light commercial tenant finishes and remodels. However, South Haven is now developing and building larger projects like Jeff has done in the past, under the company, South Haven Development. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in home-building, developments, and real estate sales–all specific to the Utah new home market. Jeff earned his MBA from the Marriott School of Management at BYU in 2003. He also has valuable practical experience from time spent working for national (John Laing and Centex Homes) and local (Trophy and Liberty Homes) builders before starting South Haven Homes.
