Roxanne Garman

Roxanne Garman is an accomplished artist at South Hill Designs since March 2013, specializing in sharing innovative ideas that reflect customers' stories. Concurrently, Roxanne serves as a Senior Rising Star at Celebrating Home with Roxanne Garman, where dedicated efforts have been instrumental since January 2000. Prior experience includes working as a Laboratory Technician at Sutter Health from January 1992 to 2006. Roxanne holds an Associate's degree from the College of the Redwoods.
