Daniel Catamusto is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer experience strategy and consulting. Currently serving as President of DC Consulting, Inc. and Principal Consultant at South Jersey Industries since November 2018, Daniel provides thought leadership to develop and implement strategic customer experience initiatives across enterprise organizations. Previous experiences include roles as Customer Experience Strategist at Accenture, Enterprise IT Delivery Lead at American Water, and Affiliate Professor at Saint Joseph's University.
