Danielle Pinkston Tansley

Danielle Pinkston Tansley is an accomplished Senior Director of Labor and Employee Relations at South Jersey Industries, a role held since September 2016, where strategic guidance is provided to the Labor Relations team on various matters including grievance processing and arbitration. Prior to this, Danielle held several positions within SJI, including Human Resources Business Partner and Labor Relations Business Partner, leading initiatives in employee relations and labor negotiations. Danielle's experience also includes serving as Senior Labor Relations and Employment Practices Specialist for the State of Delaware, where representation at grievance arbitration hearings and negotiations with public labor unions were key responsibilities. Additional legal experience was gained as an Associate Attorney at The Cushane Law Firm, focusing on labor issues, and as a Law Clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court. Danielle holds a Doctor of Law degree from Widener University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rider University.
