James I. Clark

James I. Clark has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. James I. currently serves as the Vice President of Information Security at South Jersey Industries since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Security & Technology at the same company from July 2016 to September 2021.

Before joining South Jersey Industries, Clark worked as the Director of IT at Genesis HealthCare from June 2014 to July 2016 and as the Corporate Director of Technology at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. from November 2011 to June 2014.

Clark also has experience as a Senior Technical Analyst at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. from 2010 to 2011.

James I.'searlier roles include being a Process Automation Engineer at Dow Chemical from January 2008 to October 2010, a Lead Network Engineer at Rohm and Haas from December 2003 to April 2009, and a Network/Desktop Support Specialist at Rohm and Haas Company/Rodel from January 2003 to December 2003.

Prior to that, Clark worked at Rodel as a Network/Desktop Support Specialist from January 2001 to January 2003 and as a Product Engineering Technician from April 1996 to December 2000.

James I. Clark obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Goldey-Beacom College, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Process Management at Widener University from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained several certifications, including Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA in February 2021, CISSP from (ISC)² in August 2017, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in March 2017, Certificate in Business Process Innovation from Widener University in May 2013, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) from (ISC)² in June 2019, and Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional from the SANS Institute in June 2018.
