Kimberly Mattioli

Kimberly Mattioli is an experienced benefits management professional currently serving as the Manager of Benefits at South Jersey Industries since December 2010. In this role, Kimberly oversees all benefit programs, including healthcare, retirement, and various insurance plans. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Benefit & Compensation Analyst at the same organization, where responsibilities included the creation of an award-winning annual wellness plan and management of benefit plans for active and retired employees. Kimberly's career also includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist for the Township of Lower Merion and as a Human Resources Generalist at ARACOR Search & Abstract Services, Inc. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Joseph's University.
