Lisa Bond-Holland, Esq. serves as the Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Environmental, Social Governance (ESG) at South Jersey Industries since March 2018, leading compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements while advising on corporate governance and ESG matters. Previous roles at South Jersey Industries include Senior Director of ESG & Risk and Director of ESG, where significant improvements in ESG initiatives and reporting were achieved. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Governance and Director of Enterprise Risk Management at AmeriHealth Caritas, where governance processes and risk assessments were integral to organizational compliance and strategic operations. Lisa Bond-Holland holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Juris Doctor from Widener University.
