Mike Johnson

Mike Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the HR and IT sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits, Payroll, and Technology at South Jersey Industries since April 2018, Mike has spearheaded the development of HR operations and technology while providing executive insights during merger and acquisition activities. Previous positions include leadership roles at Forman Mills, where Mike managed the transition to cloud technologies, and QVC, Inc., where responsibilities included directing global applications development and overseeing financial reporting processes. Mike's career began at Franklin Mint as a Financial Analyst and Cost Accountant, providing foundational expertise in financial management. Mike holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Retail from Rowan University.
