Renee Stanton has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Renee has a strong background in change management and project management, with a focus on implementing large-scale IT and business process transformation initiatives. Renee has worked at companies such as South Jersey Industries, FMC Corporation, Comcast, Johnson Matthey, Campbell Soup Company, Arkema, Atofina, Elf Atochem, and Rohm and Haas. Renee has proven experience in leading change management efforts, developing training programs, managing communications, and ensuring business readiness during system implementations. Renee has a thorough understanding of business processes and has successfully managed cross-functional teams to deliver results. Renee holds an MBA degree, as well as certifications in CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), PROSCI (Change Management), and Green Belt (Six Sigma).

Renee Stanton earned their BS in Business Administration from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, where they studied from 1980 to 1985. Renee later pursued their MBA with a focus on Organizational Behavior/Change Management at Drexel University from 1986 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Renee Stanton has obtained multiple certifications. Renee holds a CPIM certification in Production and Inventory Management from APICS. Renee is also certified in "Process Mastery" by Hammer and Company. Furthermore, they are ITIL certified, has obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from X-Stream Lean, and is a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner. Renee Stanton is also certified as a PROSCI Change Management "Train The Trainer" by Prosci. Renee has participated in the Society for Information Management Regional Learning Forum.
