Brenda Fromhold is an experienced individual who has been serving as a Fire Fighter and Peer Fitness Trainer at the Fire Department since April 2000. Prior to that, Brenda volunteered as a Fire Fighter at Central Pierce Fire and Rescue from September 1995 to March 2000. Additionally, Brenda worked as a Personal Trainer at Bally Total Fitness from 1995 to 2000. Brenda holds an AAS degree in Physiology, Sociology, Health, and Misc. Sciences from Pierce College. Brenda graduated from Franklin Pierce High School in 1985. Throughout their career, Brenda has fought fires, saved lives, provided personal training, and led group fitness classes.
