Mshrm Leigh Sinclair

Leigh Sinclair, MSHRM, PHR has held various roles throughout their work experience. Leigh started their career at Kraft Foods Group as a Regional Training Manager, from August 2005 to August 2007. Leigh then transitioned to the role of Retail Merchandising Supervisor at Kraft Foods Group, where they worked from August 2007 to September 2010. Following that, they joined Bethel School District as the Director of Human Resources, starting in August 2010 and serving until January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director Of Human Resources at South Kitsap School District, starting from January 2022.

Leigh Sinclair, MSHRM, PHR, has a strong educational background in human resources management and services. Leigh obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Capella University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from The Evergreen State College, completing their studies from 1995 to 1997.

Additionally, Leigh has obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2015. This certification demonstrates their knowledge and proficiency in the field of human resources.
