Barry Hodge

Barry Hodge is an experienced project management consultant with a robust background in leading diverse projects across various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Management Consultant at South Lanarkshire Council since August 2023, Barry has previously held similar roles at Barcud, North Warwickshire Borough Council, and Flagship Group. Notably, Barry managed the implementation of the Civica Programme at Coastal Housing Group, transforming key financial and housing management systems. Additional experience includes e-commerce project management at Four Prop and post-acquisition integration at Unite Students. Furthermore, Barry has held leadership positions, including Head of Project Management at Alliance Homes Group and Knightstone Housing Association, where significant improvements in project delivery frameworks were achieved. Barry holds a BA in Project Management from the University of Wolverhampton.
