Elsbeth Simoni

Elsbeth Simoni is a seasoned professional in the field of substance use services with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Outpatient Substance Use Services at South Middlesex Opportunity Council since February 2024, Elsbeth oversees programs related to impaired driving and collaborates with multiple stakeholders while managing outpatient services. Previously, as Executive Director at the Addiction Referral Center from July 2021 to February 2024, Elsbeth implemented significant projects like Project BRAVE and coordinated community fundraising events. Elsbeth's experience also includes serving as Community Addiction Coordinator for the Town of Stoneham, Board Member for Concord Prison Outreach, and Case Manager roles at Natick Service Council and Riverside Community Care. Elsbeth holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Bay Path University and additional degrees from UMass Boston and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
