Joe Fletcher

Joseph Fletcher has extensive experience in the behavioral healthcare field, currently serving as the Division Director at South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC). Prior to that, Joseph worked at The New England Center for Children as a Teacher. Joseph holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Penn State University.
