Donna Pandolfi

Donna Pandolfi has over three decades of experience in nursing and healthcare management, with a long tenure at South Nassau Communities Hospital beginning in July 1986. Donna has served as an Administrative Nursing Supervisor for Nursing Quality and held the position of Director of Nurse Recruitment & Retention for 24 years until 2017. Prior to these roles, Donna worked as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care for seven years. Educationally, Donna earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University, followed by a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Hofstra University, and most recently, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Phoenix between January 2019 and December 2022.
