Steven Peet

Steven Peet is an experienced leisure management professional currently serving as the Leisure Strategic Development Manager for South Norfolk Council since July 2021. In this senior management role, Steven supports the implementation of the leisure strategy for South Norfolk and Broadland District Council and drives the leisure recovery plan to ensure a financially sustainable service. Prior to this role, Steven was the General Manager at Diss Golf Club from May 2019 to July 2021, overseeing all aspects of the club's operations. Additionally, from November 2007 to March 2019, Steven acted as the Regional Manager for England Golf, focusing on local implementation of national objectives. Steven's career began in management and fitness at De Vere Group, following a BA (Hons) in Leisure Management with Golf Studies from Buckinghamshire New University.
