Victoria Pezza

Victoria Pezza is a Talent Acquisition Manager at South Offices since March 2024, responsible for identifying hiring needs and crafting compelling job descriptions. Previously, Victoria served in a talent acquisition role at Solvo Global Careers from February 2022 to March 2024, where recruitment efforts focused on US companies and involved the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and generalist profiles. In 2021, Victoria completed an internship in Community Psychology at the Ministerio de Educación de la Nación, designing community interventions and conducting cognitive stimulation workshops for older adults. Victoria holds a Degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Córdoba.
