Cindy Vyskocil

Cindy Vyskocil serves as the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources and Employee/Employer Relations at South Orange County Community College District since November 2017. With extensive experience in higher education administration, Cindy held the position of Vice Chancellor of Human Resources at Coast Community College District from April 2015 to November 2017, and served as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Long Beach City College between July 2008 and April 2015. Prior experience includes the role of District Director of Equity and Diversity at North Orange County Community College District from January 2000 to July 2008. Cindy Vyskocil holds a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Arizona State University, a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources from California State University, Fullerton, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from UC Irvine.
