Letitia Clark has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Letitia began their career as a Legislative Aide for the City of New Orleans in 2003. Letitia then worked as a Policy Analyst for the Georgia State Assembly from 2005 to 2006. After that, they served as a Community Relations Manager for the American Red Cross, focusing on facilitating the National Hurricane Recovery program. From 2009 to 2012, Letitia served as the Director of Government Affairs for the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®. Letitia then became the Executive Director for the American Academy of Pediatrics - Orange County Chapter, leading their legislative and community efforts for optimal child health. Letitia also worked as the District Director of Public Affairs, Marketing, and Government Relations for the Coast Community College District from 2015 to 2018. Letitia later served as the Chief Communications Officer for the South Orange County Community College District, where they directed public affairs and government relations initiatives. Currently, Letitia Clark is a City Council Member for the City of Tustin, and they also hold the position of Mayor as of 2020.

Letitia Clark has a diverse education history. Letitia first attended Tustin High School from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a high school degree in General Studies. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government at Xavier University of Louisiana from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2007 to 2009, Letitia Clark pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Public Policy Analysis at New England College. Lastly, in 2012, they attended Harvard Kennedy School, where they obtained a certification in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
